Peter Mario Palladino ("Papa"), 95, of Foxborough, MA, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2025. Born on August 29, 1929, in Montemiletto, Italy. Peter immigrated to Boston at the age of nine with his mother Maria Brogna and sisters Angelina Molinario and Mary Domiano; Joining their father Everett Palladino. His younger brother, Anthony Palladino was born here shortly after.
In Boston, Peter met the love of his life, Margurite Piccirilli, whom he married and cherished for 73 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War as an Artillery Sergeant. After his service, he settled in Hyde Park, MA where he worked as a heavy equipment operator while raising a loving family of four children.
Peter is survived by his devoted wife, Margurite Palladino; his daughter Janet D'Alessandro of Pembroke; his daughter Susan and her husband Ed Brown of Foxborough; and his late son’s Bobby Palladino of Norwood and Billy Palladino of Hyde Park.
Papa leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He will be deeply missed by his eight grandchildren: Nick and Vanessa D'Alessandro, Danielle and Lourenco DaSilva, Marisa and Tom Timmons, Matthew and Holly Palladino, Mark and Veronica Palladino, Brian and Brittany Palladino, Ashley Brown, and Erika Brown.
He will also be fondly remembered by his eleven great-grandchildren: Maria, Dominick, Isabella, Gianna, Alexia, Neila, Cadence, Maise, Raelynn, Nora, and Emelia
Funeral from the Alexander F. Thomas and Sons Funeral Home 45 Common Street Walpole Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St Mary's Church Foxboro at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday evening from 4-7 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment at Fairview Cemetery Hyde Park, relatives and friends invited.
