Patrick S. Landry

Landry, Patrick Scott, of Bellingham, passed away unexpectedly on May 14, 2023, while on vacation in Florida. Beloved son of Scott and Denise Landry of Walpole, cherished fiancé of Katherine (Kate) Bessette of Bellingham. Brother of Sara Landry of Norfolk, Dr. Benjamin Landry of Waltham, Katherine Landry and her husband Luis Pacheco-Chaves of Pawtucket, RI. Proud uncle of Augustine and Dominic. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, May 30 from 4-7 PM at the Alexander F. Thomas and Sons Funeral Home, 45 Common Street, Walpole. Interment on May 31, 2023 will be private. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to The Friends of the Bellingham Public Library, 100 Blackstone Street, Bellingham, Massachusetts 02019.

Patrick was always quick to help with anything mechanical, whether it was cars, motorcycles, lawnmowers or anything that had wheels or a motor. In his life, he was a gentleman to all, always willing to assist others before himself. Patrick had a love for animals, a quirky sense of humor, and an interesting taste in movies. His fiancé, Kate, filled his life with travel, experiences, joy, and love. He adored her.

A graduate of Walpole High School in 2001, Patrick pursued his engineering interest by attending Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and graduated with a B.S. at the top of his Mechanical Engineering class with honors. After college, he worked at Senior Metal Bellows and was a valued colleague for 19 years until his passing.

His creativity, knowledge, kindness, generosity and devotion to his family and fiancé will be missed by all. May Patrick rest in peace and happiness forever.
