CALLAHAN, George J., Jr., of Walpole, Nov. 6, surrounded by his loving family, age 71. Beloved husband of Diane (Mcintyre) of 47 years. Devoted father of Lisa Walsh and her husband Tom of Hull, Colleen Steinmeyer and her husband Neil of Amesbury, and Kevin and his wife Andrea of Walpole. Cherished brother of Robert of Needham, Edward of Riverside, RI, and Daniel of Needham. Loving "Papa George" of 5 grandchildren and also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws & friends. Funeral from the Alexander F. Thomas & Sons Funeral Home, 45 Common St., WALPOLE, Monday morning at 8, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church, Walpole, at 9AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Sunday evening from 4 -8PM. Interment will be private at the family's request.
