Frances P (Sylvestre) McSweeney

McSweeney, Frances P. (Sylvestre) "Pat"  of Walpole formerly of Dedham and Watertown passed  peacefully on May 25th at the age of 89.  Beloved wife of the late Donald F. McSweeney.  Longtime partner of the late Richard Buckley. Devoted mother of Frederick McSweeney and his wife Cheryl of North Falmouth, Donna Gannon and her husband Brian of Walpole,  Denise Russell and her husband Robert of Walpole and Karen McDermott and her husband Paul of Dedham. Loving "Grammy" of Meagan, Lauren, Carolyn, Donald, Leah, Diana, William, Jaime, and Peter.  Also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren and many relatives and friends.  At the moment all services will be private at families request.  Please in lieu of flowers all donations can be made to http://glynnt.org
