Catherine J. (Ferrara) Ellis

Catherine J. Ellis (Ferrara) of Dedham, passed peacefully in her home on January 25, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 94.  Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Ellis.  Devoted mother of Arthur Ellis and his wife Deborah of North Attleboro, Kenneth Ellis Jr. and his wife Donna of Foxboro, William Ellis and his wife Glenna of Dedham, and John Ellis and his wife Sherry of Easton.  Cherished sister of the late Luca, Salvatore, Paul, Rachel, and Josephine.  Loving "Nana" of 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in laws, and friends.  Visiting hours will be held Monday evening from 4-8 PM at The Alexander F. Thomas and Sons Funeral Home 45 Common Street Walpole.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday morning at 10:30 AM at St Mary's Church 420 High Street Dedham, Interment at St. Michael's Mausoleum Roslindale, relatives and friends invited.
