Carl E Bjork, fondly known as Carly, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2023, at the age of 52. Born on July 27, 1971, in Boston, MA, Carly was a loving and cherished member of his family and community, known for his kindness, humor, and the joy he brought to those around him.
Carl was the devoted brother of Lisa Olivier and her late husband Richard of Cumberland, RI, and Karen Cupo and her husband Michael of Clayton, North Carolina. He was a beloved nephew of John Davison and Dianne Flynn. A loving uncle to Mikey and AJ, Carl also leaves behind many cousins and friends who will remember him fondly.
Growing up in Walpole, Carl was a proud graduate of Tri-County High School. His strong work ethic and affable personality led him to ABEX, where he worked diligently in the warehouse. Carl was a master of the forklift, a skill that earned him the admiration and respect of his colleagues.
Outside of his professional life, Carl was a man of many interests. He was an enthusiastic golfer who relished the challenge and camaraderie of the sport. As a true Boston native, he was an avid supporter of the Patriots and the Bruins, and he never missed a chance to cheer for his teams. Carl also had a deep love for the outdoors. He found joy in snowmobiling, often journeying to Maine and New Hampshire to enjoy the winter landscapes and the thrill of the ride.
Carl was a man who lived life to the fullest. His laughter was infectious, and his heart was always open. He was a beacon of kindness in a world that often needs it, always ready to lend a hand or share a joke to lighten the mood. His love for his family and friends was unconditional, and he had a unique ability to make those around him feel special and appreciated.
Above all, Carl was a loving, kind, and funny individual. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him. His spirit, his laughter, and his love for life will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to have known him. Carl's light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of his loved ones and in the many lives he touched.
Carl E Bjork, you will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Your legacy of love, joy, and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who love you. Rest in peace, dear Carl.
