Antoinette McAdams Obituary

Antoinette M. “Annie” McAdams (Pagliarulo) 50 of Walpole, passed away April 17th at home surrounded by her loving family following a courageous battle with breast cancer. Born and raised in the West Roxbury section of Boston, Annie graduated Salutatorian from Mt. Alvernia High School in Newton, where she played softball and basketball. She earned a bachelor’s degree in history at the University of New Hampshire (1994) where she made many lifelong friends. She went on to achieve a master’s degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts Boston, as well as certifications in Social Studies and Special Education. Annie was a dedicated teacher for the Boston Public Schools for seventeen years, where she was admired by her students who fondly referred to her as “Miss”.

Annie always had a smile on her face and was truly a friend to everyone she met. She was an avid sports fan. She loved spending summers on the beach or at her pool with Tom and their children and dancing to disco music with her lifelong friends. Annie was an adoring mother, who loved watching Susie play softball, Stephie perform in plays and TJ play hockey and lacrosse.
